解毒生肌膏治疗二度烧伤的疗效观察

Observation on efficacy of Jiedu Shengji ointment in the treatment of second-degree burn

目的评价解毒生肌膏治疗二度烧伤的有效性和安全性。方法 60例二度烧伤患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。试验组患者给予解毒生肌膏治疗,对照组患者给予京万红软膏治疗。比较两组患者第7、14、21天的创面愈合率和创面100%愈合时间、创面疼痛评分。结果两组脱落率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。连续用药7 d或21 d后,试验组浅二度烧伤患者第7天创面愈合率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组深二度烧伤患者第14天创面愈合率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组深二度烧伤患者第21天创面愈合率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组浅二度烧伤患者创面100%愈合时间为(8.50±1.40)d、深二度烧伤患者创面100%愈合时间为(18.45±4.88)d,均明显短于对照组的(11.40±1.70)、(22.45±3.52)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组浅二度烧伤患者创面疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组深二度烧伤患者创面疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在试验期间,两组患者均无严重不良事件、重要不良事件、不良反应发生。结论解毒生肌膏是一种适用于二度烧伤的外用膏剂,其疗效可靠,安全性好,值得在烧伤科推广使用。

Objective To evaluated the effectiveness and safety of Jiedu Shengji ointment in the treatment of second-degree burn.Methods A total of60second-degree burn patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with30cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Jiedu Shengji ointment,and the control group was treated with Jingwanhong ointment.Comparison were made on wound healing rate at7,14and21d,100%wound healing rate and wound pain score in two groups.Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in expulsion rate(P>0.05).After7d or21d of continuous administration,the experimental group had higher wound healing rate at7d in superficial second-degree burn patients than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had higher wound healing rate at14d in deep second-degree burn patients than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in wound healing rate at21d in deep second-degree burn patients(P>0.05).The experimental group had100%wound healing rate as(8.50±1.40)d in superficial second-degree burn patients,and100%wound healing rate as(18.45±4.88)d in deep second-degree burn patients,which were all obviously lower than(11.40±1.70)and(22.45±3.52)d in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group had lower wound pain score in superficial second-degree burn patients than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Both groups had no statistically significant difference in deep second-degree burn patients than the control group,and the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).During the trial period,no serious adverse events,significant adverse events and adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion Jiedu Shengji ointment is an external ointment suitable for two degree burns.Its efficacy is reliable and safe,and it is worthy of popularizing in burn department.
