快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者围手术期的临床效果研究

Study on clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on perioperative period of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer

目的探讨快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者围手术期的临床效果。方法 90例行腹腔镜直肠癌根治术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各45例。对照组采取普通护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上采取快速康复护理措施,比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者并发症发生率为2.22%,明显低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于腹腔镜直肠癌根治术围手术期的患者采取快速康复外科护理可以有效降低并发症的发生率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on perioperative period of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods A total of90patients with laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with45cases in each group.The control group received general nursing,and the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing on the basis of the control group.Occurrence of postoperative complications in two groups was compared.Results The experimental group had obviously lower incidence of complications as2.22%than13.33%in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing can effectively reduce incidence of complications of laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer perioperative patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
