于秀辰教授应用升陷汤治疗甲亢经验

Experience of Professor Yu Xiuchen for treating hyperthyroidism with the Shengxian decoction

近年来,随着生活节奏的加快,甲状腺疾病的发病率逐渐增加,临床观察其病机往往虚实夹杂,复杂多变,治疗起来甚为棘手,而其中最常见的当属甲亢。笔者发现于秀辰教授在临床时经过辨证善用升陷汤治疗甲亢,有其特点,而且效果颇佳,特介绍其应用经验以深入学习。

In recent years,with the accelerated pace of life,the incidence rate of the thyroid disease gradually increases,clinical observation of its pathogenesis shows that it is due to deficiency and complex reasons,therefore,the treatment is very difficult.Among the thyroid diseases,the most common is hyperthyroidism.The author finds that Professor Yu Xiuchen frequently uses the Shengxian decoction in the clinical treatment of hyperthyroidism based on differentiation,which has achieves its own characteristics,and the effect is very good,so,the author introduces the application experience for further study.
