针对性护理对难治性情感障碍患者治疗效果的影响研究

Effect study of targeted nursing in treating refractory emotional disorder

目的:研究针对性护理对难治性情感障碍患者治疗效果的影响。方法:随机抽取我院自2014年5月-2016年5月收治的难治性情感障碍患者70例,分为A组(n=35)和B组(n=35)。B组采用常规护理,A组在B组的基础上采用针对性护理。对比两组患者护理前后的SAS评分、SDS评分及护理满意度。结果:两组患者在治疗前的SAS评分、SDS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义;经治疗,A组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分远比B组的低,护理满意度(94.3%)显著高于B组的(68.6%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理可以有效改善难治性情感障碍患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度,值得进一步推广和使用。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effects of targeted nursing on patients with refractory emotional disorders.Methods:70cases of intractable emotional disorders of patients treated in our hospital from May2014to May2016were selected and randomly divided into group A(n=35)and group B(n=35).The conventional nursing was given to group B;group A received targeted nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.SAS scores,SDS scores and nursing satisfaction of two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS scores and SDS scores between two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the SAS scores and SDS score of patients in group A were significantly lower than those in group B,the nursing satisfaction of group A(94.3%)was significantly higher than that of group B(68.6%)and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing could effectively relieve the feeling of anxiety,depression in patients with refractory emotional disorders,it could improve nursing satisfaction,which was worthy of further promotion and application.
