三金化石颗粒治疗输尿管结石的临床研究

A clinical study on treating ureteral calculi with the Sanjin Huashi granules

目的:通过观察自拟中药三金化石颗粒治疗输尿管结石的临床治疗效果,探讨输尿管结石新的治疗方法与思路。方法:采用随机、对照方法将120例输尿管结石患者分为两组:对照组60例,给予黄体酮、维生素K_3肌注治疗;治疗组60例,口服自拟中药三金化石颗粒。15d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程。观察其综合疗效。结果:治疗组60例,痊愈32例,有效25例,无效3例,总有效率达95%;对照组60例,痊愈20例,有效28例,无效12例,总有效率80%。中药治疗组疗效显著优于西药对照组(P<0.01)。结论:三金化石颗粒在排石溶石、缓解疼痛、增加尿量、改善血尿等方面均有较好效果,显著优于西药应用,治疗输尿管结石疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore new methods and the clinical effect of the Sanjin Huashi granule on ureteral calculi.Method:120cases of ureteral calculi were divided into two groups by randomized and controlled.Methods:60cases in the control group were treated with progesterone,intramuscular injection of vitamin K3therapy;60cases in the treatment group received oral administration of the Sanjin Huashi granule.15days formed a course of treatment;the observation group was treated for2courses;the comprehensive efficacy was observed.Result:In the treatment group,32cases were cured,25cases were effective,3cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was up to95%;in the control group,20cases were cured,28cases were effective,12cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was80%.The effect in the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Sanjin Huashi granule had a good effect on removing and erasing urinary calculus,alleviating the pain,increasing the amount of urine and improving hematuria,was worthy of clinical application.
