摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对糖尿病患者护理效果的影响程度。方法:选取2014年8月-2016年8月我院收治的糖尿病患者共90例为研究对象,将其随机分为教育组与对照组各45例,在住院治疗期间予以两组患者相同的治疗与护理措施,对照组患者不作干预,教育组患者在此基础上接受健康教育。对比分析两组患者护理前后的糖尿病知识知晓水平与血糖水平以及对护理的满意度。结果:两组患者在护理前的糖尿病知识知晓率与血糖水平无显著性差异(P>0.05);护理后教育组患者的糖尿病知识知晓率与血糖水平则显著优于对照组患者,且教育组患者对护理的满意度也显著高于对照组患者,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者进行健康教育可提高临床护理的效果,利于改善患者的血糖水平并提高患者对糖尿病相关知识的知晓水平,利于构建良好的护患关系,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on diabetic patients.Methods:90patients with diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from August2014to August2016were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the education group and the control group,45cases in each group.During the hospitalization,two groups were given the same treatment and nursing measures;the control group did not receive intervention;and the education group received health education.Results:There was no significant difference in knowledge rate of diabetes and blood glucose level before the nursing(P>0.05);the diabetes knowledge rate and the blood glucose level in the education group were significantly better than the control group after nursing;and the patients’satisfaction to nursing in the education group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diabetes health education could improve the effect of clinical care,improve the patient’s blood glucose level and enhance the awareness level of patients with diabetes related knowledge,which helped to build a good relationship between nurses and patients,and was high clinical value.
