祛瘀化浊汤联合西药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with the Quyu Huazhuo decoction with western medicine

目的:探讨西药与祛瘀化浊汤结合治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的效果。方法:以我院收治的140例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者进行研究,将其分成A组、B组各70例,A组给予常规西药治疗,B组采用西药+祛瘀化浊汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果与生化指标水平。结果:(1)总有效率:A组为87.14%,B组为97.14%,组别间比较有差异(P<0.05);(2)B组治疗后的总胆固醇、谷丙转氨酶水平改善情况优于A组,数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西药治疗基础上加用祛瘀化浊汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者进行治疗,能促进其血脂水平改善,提升疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of the Quyu Huazhuo decoction with western medicine on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:A total of140cases of NAFLD in our hospital were divided into group A and group B,70cases in each group.Group A was treated with routine western medicine;while group B was treated with western medicine with the Quyu Huazhuo decoction.The curative effect and levels of biochemical indicators were compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate in the treatment was87.14%in group A and97.14%in group B(P<0.05).The improvement of levels of total cholesterol and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase was more significant in group B than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of western medicine with the Quyu Huazhuo decoction could improve the blood lipid levels and curative effect on NAFLD.
