中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of treating chronic cholecystitis in the integrative medicine

目的:探究中西医结合治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床应用效果。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年1月经我院诊断治疗的慢性胆囊炎患者80例,随机将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例,两组一般资料差异不显著,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组给予西医常规治疗+中医辨证论治,比较两组治疗效果、治疗天数及半年后复发率。结果治疗组治愈率为72.50%,明显高于对照组47.50%,两组组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为0%,对照组复发6例,复发率为31.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗慢性胆囊炎坚持辨证论治,以消炎利胆、解痉止痛为治疗原则,疗效肯定,且无复发,是慢性胆囊炎临床治疗的良好方法,在后期临床实践中应尽量采用中医辨证疗法。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on chronic cholecystitis.Method:80cases of chronic cholecystitis,diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January2014to January2016,were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with40cases in each group,there was no significant difference in the general data of two groups.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment while the treatment group received conventional western medicine treatment combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.The treatment effect,number of days and the recurrence rate after half a year of two groups were compared.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was72.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,47.50%,there was significant difference between the two groups and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the treatment group was0%and there were6recurrent cases in the control group,the recurrence rate was31.50%,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation insisted anti-inflammatory cholagogue,acetanilide spasmolysis treatment principle in treating chronic cholecystitis,which had significant curative effect,and no relapse,therefore,it was a good method in the clinical treatment of chronic cholecystitis,should be used in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy.
