带状疱疹后遗神经痛是临床常见的神经病理性疼痛,在急性带状疱疹患者中,大约有19.2%的人会出现PHN症状。高龄、治疗欠规范及时、精神状态、周围神经病变等都是诱发带状疱疹后遗神经痛的危险因素。

Postherpetic neuralgia is a common clinical neuropathic pain,in patients with acute herpes zoster,about19.2%of thepeople will show symptoms of PHN.Old age,lack of timely standardized treatment,mental state,peripheral neuropathy of patients are riskfactors,which could induce postherpetic neuralgia.
