消炎止痛洗剂联合收敛生肌洗剂对肛周脓肿术后的临床研究

A clinical study on treating postoperative perianal abscess with antiinflammatory analgesic lotion with astringent lotion

目的:探讨本科室自拟药物"消炎止痛洗剂"联合"收敛生肌洗剂"促进肛周脓肿术后前期消炎止痛,以及后期创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:分析研究手术治疗的肛周脓肿患者60例,将60例符合纳入标准的肛周脓肿术后的患者随机分成试验组和对照组,其中试验组30例术后24h后应用消炎止痛洗剂坐浴,7d后应用收敛生肌洗剂坐浴,对照组30例术后应用1︰5000高锰酸钾液坐浴。观察并记录两组患者术后创面疼痛情况、创面腐肉脱落时间及创面愈合时间。结果:试验组在术后疼痛,腐肉脱落,创面愈合方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消炎止痛洗剂联合收敛生肌洗剂能够有效地减轻肛周脓肿术后患者的疼痛,促进腐肉脱落,缩短创面愈合时间,加速患者康复。

Objective:This study was to investigate the clinical effect of anti-inflammatory analgesic lotion with astringent lotion on postoperative anti-inflammatory,pain and wound healing.Methods:60patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group(30cases)was treated with anti-inflammatory analgesic lotion in24hours after operation and astringent lotion in7days.30patients in the control group received1︰5000potassium permanganate solution sit-bath.Results:Pain,carrion shedding and wound healing in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti-inflammatory analgesic lotion with astringent lotion can effectively reduce the pain after surgery,promote carrion off,shorten the wound healing time,accelerate patient rehabilitation.
