黄芪治疗病毒性心肌炎的药理及治疗效果观察

The pharmacological and therapeutic effects of Astragalus membranaceus on viral myocarditis

目的:探讨黄芪治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效,并分析其药理作用。方法:采取方便抽样法抽取100例于2015年1月-2016年1月来我院治疗的病毒性心肌炎患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各组均为50例患者。两组患者均给予常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予静脉滴注黄芪注射液进行治疗。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%,P<0.05比较差异显著。两组患者治疗前的CK、CK-MB、LDH水平相当,P>0.05比较差异不显著;观察组患者治疗后的CK、CK-MB、LDH水平均显著降低,且降低幅度均显著大于对照组,P<0.05比较差异显著。结论:在常规西药治疗基础上联合应用黄芪治疗病毒性心肌炎,可显著提高患者的临床疗效,并可显著改善患者的心肌酶水平,具有较高的为临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Radix Astragali on viral myocarditis,and to analyze its pharmacological effects.Methods:100cases of viral myocarditis in our hospital from January2015to January2016were selected by convenience sampling and randomly divided into two groups,with50cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given conventional western medicine,the observation group was given intravenous drip of Astragalus injection on the basis of the conventional treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was90%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,68.0%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,CK,CK-MB and LDH level of two groups of patients was similar,P>0.05,there was no significant difference;After treatment,CK,CK-MB and LDH level of the observation group was significantly decreased,and the decreasing was significantly greater than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of conventional western medicine treatment and Astragalus could significantly improve the clinical efficacy and enhance the myocardial enzyme level of patients in the treatment of viral myocarditis;it was of high clinical application value.
