探讨温补通络方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of the Wenbu Tongluo decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness(cold)

目的:探讨温补通络方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证的临床疗效。方法:将我院自2015年2月-2016年10月收治的50例慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证患者随机分为观察组与参考组各为25例,给予观察组温补通络方加减治疗,给予参考组维酶素片,观察两组患者治疗5周后症状变化及症状积分及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗5周后总有效率均明显大于参考组(P<0.05);观察组治疗5周后肠化生、萎缩及异型增生等病理形态积分下降程度明显大于参考组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间并发症发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温补通络方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃虚弱(寒)证效果显著,能够快速缓解症状,改善病理,同时安全性高,有助于预防病情进展。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the Wenbu Tongluo decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency(cold).Methods:Fifty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from February2015to October2016were randomly divided into the observation group and the reference group(n=25).The observation received the Wenbu Tongluo decoction;while the reference group received Vitacoenzyme tablets.Both groups were treated for five weeks;and after the treatment,the symptom scores and the occurrence of the complication were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The pathological changes of intestinal metaplasia,atrophy and dysplasia were significantly greater in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Wenbu Tongluo decoction had significant effects on chronic atrophic gastritis spleen and stomach weakness(cold),could quickly relieve the symptoms,improve the pathology,and was high security,which could help for disease progression.
