中西医结合治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者炎症因子及肾功能的影响

Effect of the integrative medicine on inflammatory factor and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者炎症因子及肾功能的影响。方法:选择2014年4月-2017年1月于我院就诊的慢性肾功能衰竭患者76例,根据就诊顺序分为对照组38例和试验组38例。对照组在常规治疗基础上应用前列地尔静脉滴注进行治疗,试验组在对照组用药基础上加用益肾活血降浊汤进行联合治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,对照组炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factorα,TNF-α)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)以及肾功能指标尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(Serum creatinine,SCr)水平均高于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者炎症因子及肾功能均有良好影响。

Objective:To investigate the effect of integrative medicine on inflammatory factor and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure.Methods:76CRF patients in our hospital from April2014to January2017were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to their registration order,with38cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous drip of alprostadil;the experimental group was given the Yishen Huoxue Jiangzhuo decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effects of two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine levels of the control group were higher than those of the experimental group,the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicine had good effect on inflammatory factor and renal function of CRF patients.
