中医辨证治疗癌性贫血的治疗效果研究

Clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on cancer anemia

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗对于癌性贫血的临床治疗效果。方法:对我院在2014年8月-2017年4月进行治疗的86例癌性贫血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并根据对患者的治疗方法不同可随机分为对照组43例和观察组43例。对照组患者的治疗方法为一般的基础治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上,再通过中医辨证的方法进一步治疗。观察比较两组患者经不同治疗后的临床效果、体力恢复情况以及治疗前后血液中的血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞比容水平(Hct)变化。结果:对照组患者的临床有效率为27.91%(有效12例,稳定20例,恶化11例),观察组患者的临床有效率为58.14%(有效25例,稳定14例,恶化4例),与对照组相比,观察组患者的临床疗效显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的体力改善率为79.07%(改善34例、稳定5例、恶化4例),对照组患者的体力改善率为46.51%(改善20例、稳定14例、恶化9例),与对照组相比,观察组患者的体力改善情况显著,其结果存在着显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比,两组患者的Hb和Hct均增加,而观察组增加更明显,与对照组相比,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗对于癌性贫血患者具有较好的临床疗效,能够显著提高患者临床有效率,改善患者的体力状况,增加Hb和Hct水平,具有较好的临床价值,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on cancer anemia.Methods:The clinical data of86cases of cancer anemia patients treated in our hospital from August2014to April2017were retrospectively analyzed;the patients were divided into the control group(43cases)and the observation group(43cases)randomly according to different treatments.The control group received general basic treatment while the observation group received TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects,physical rehabilitation and blood hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(Hct)changes in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The clinical effective rate of the control group was27.91%(12cases were effective,20cases were stable and11cases deteriorated),the clinical effective rate of the observation group was58.14%(25cases were effective,14cases were stable and4cases deteriorated),the clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The physical improvement rate of the observation group was79.07%(34cases were effective,5cases were stable and4cases deteriorated),the physical improvement rate of the control group was46.51%(20cases were effective,14cases were stable and9cases deteriorated),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation treatment had better clinical effect in treating cancer anemia,it could significantly enhance the clinical efficiency of patients,improve the patient’s physical condition,increase the level of Hb and Hct,and it was of good clinical value and was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
