护理实习生对临床教学满意度的调查分析与研究

Investigation and analysis of clinical teaching satisfaction from nursing interns

目的:通过调查护理实习生对临床教学的满意度,分析其影响因素,提出相应对策,从而进一步提高临床教学质量。方法:采用自行设计问卷的方法,对我院2012级护理本科65名实习生进行满意度及影响因素调查。结果:护理实习生对临床教学满意度较高,影响因素有教学计划、教学管理、师资力量以及能力培养等方面,其中在师资力量和能力培养方面满意度差别较大(P<0.05)。结论:临床教学应注意对带教老师教学能力的培养,重视护理实习生综合能力的培养,从而提高临床教学质量,提高实习生对临床教学工作的满意度。

Objective:Through investigating the satisfaction degree of nursing interns on clinical teaching,the influencing factors were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward,so as to further improve the quality of clinical teaching.Methods:The satisfaction and influencing factors of65undergraduate nursing students in grade2012in our hospital were investigated by selfdesigned questionnaire.Results:Nursing interns’satisfaction of clinical teaching was high,the influencing factors included teaching plan,teaching management,teachers and the cultivation of ability,the difference interns’satisfaction of the teachers strength and ability training was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical teaching should pay attention to the teachers’teaching ability,pay attention to the cultivation of comprehensive ability of nursing students,so as to improve the quality of clinical teaching,improve interns satisfaction of clinical teaching work.
