Efficacy of medical device reprocessing practices in Disinfection Service Center

目的:对消毒供应中心医疗器械清洗方法实施效果进行研究,以此找到清洗医疗器械的最佳方法,做好医疗器械清洗质量控制工作,确保医疗安全。方法:选取莒县人民医院消毒供应中心中污染程度属于中等的800件医疗器械,随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组运用医疗器械清洗质量控制路径的方法来进行清洗,同时使用程序化控制方法对整个清洗过程进行质量控制,由此完成清洗任务。对照组运用常规方法来进行清洗,对两组医疗器械清洗的质量、效果进行对比。结果:观察组医疗器械清洗情况要明显优于对照组,两组数据比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心在清洗医疗器械时选择应用质量控制路径方法,具有明显效果,对预防院内感染具有突出作用,此种方法值得进一步推广。

Objectives:The best cleaning and disinfection procedure was identified by evaluating efficacy of medical device reprocessing practices in Disinfection Service Center,to ensure safe application of medical devices.Methods:800moderately contaminated medical devices from JuXian People’s Hospital will be randomized into the observation group and control group.The observation group will be cleaned by quality control methods and monitored the whole scheme.The control group will be reprocessed following a regular method.Results:Cleanness in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control method in the medical device reprocessing procedure should applied in Disinfection Service Center,with good efficacy and a significant role in infection prevention within the hospital,is recommended for broader application.
