综合疗法治疗周围性面瘫的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating peripheral facial paralysis by comprehensive therapy

目的:探究综合疗法治疗周围性面瘫的效果。方法:选择2016年1月-2017年2月60例周围性面瘫患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各30例。两组均给予地巴唑、泼尼松片、维生素B12、甲钴胺等西药治疗,对照组采取常规针刺鱼腰、下关、攒竹、翳风、地仓、颧髎、颊车、风池、承浆,研究组实施温针灸(人中、风池、四白、风府、健侧合谷、地仓、太阳、迎香、颊车、牵正)和耳穴压豆疗法(面颊、眼、额、耳根、口、皮质下、肝等)。治疗4周后观察治疗效果、面部残疾程度(社会生活功能量表-FDIS与躯体功能量表-FDIP)以及症状和体征积分(Y-system)。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。研究组FDIS评分、FDIP评分和Y-system评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸、耳穴压豆联合西医常规治疗等综合疗法可提高周围性面瘫的治疗效果,改善面部残疾程度,提高症状和体征积分。

Objective:To explore efficacy of comprehensive therapy on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the control group(30cases)and the study group(30cases).Western medicine(bendazol,prednisone tablets,vitamin B12,methylcobalamin)were given to two groups;conventional acupuncture(Yuyao,Xiaguan,Zanzhu,Yifeng,Dicang,Jiache,Quanliao,Fengchi,Chengjiang)was adopted in the control group;the study group received warm acupuncture therapy(Renzhong,Fengchi,Sibai,Fengfu,contralateral Hegu,DicangTaiyang,Yingxiang,Jiache,Qianzheng);and auricular pressure therapy(Mianxia,Yan,E,Ergen,Kou,Pizhixia,Gan,etc.)were given in the study group.Results:The effective rate was100.00%in the study group,higher than83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The FDIS scores,FDIP scores and Y-system scores in the study group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy(warm acupuncture therapy,auricular pressure therapy with conventional western medicine therapy)could improve the therapeutic effect,improve facial disability,signs and symptoms scores.
