三黄益肾胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

Observation on treating early diabetic nephropathy with the Sanhuang Yishen capsule

目的:采用随机对照方法,观察三黄益肾胶囊治疗早期糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:治疗组30例,用三黄益肾胶囊与胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗;对照组30例,用胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗。3个月为一个疗程,疗程结束后,比较两组治疗前后有关指标。结果:治疗后两组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血压、24h尿微量白蛋白均明显降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.01);其中治疗组24h尿微量白蛋白较对照组降低更为明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:三黄益肾胶囊联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片可有效治疗早期糖尿病肾病。

Objective:To observe effects of the Sanhuang Yishen capsule on early diabetic nephropthy.Methods:30cases in the treatment group were treated with the Sanhuang Yishen capsule and pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets;the control group was treated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets,3months as1course.Results:The fasting blood glucose,2hours postprandial blood glucose,cholesterol,triglycerides,blood pressure,24hours urine decreased were significantly decreased,with statistical differences(P<0.01);24hours urine was more significantly decreased in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Sanhuang Yishen capsule plus pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablets can effectively treat early diabetic nephropathy.
