中医药治疗哺乳期神经性皮炎1例

Treating 1 case of neurodermatitis in suckling period with TCM medicine

本文患者为哺乳期女性,35岁,右髋部皮肤红肿,苔藓样变,奇痒难忍,烧灼疼痛月余。患者先后内服抗生素、糖皮质激素、中成药,外用糖皮质激素抗生素类软膏、炉甘石洗剂等治疗,时轻时重,反复发作,迁延不愈。临床诊断为神经性皮炎。采用中医药治疗,疗效满意。

The patient was a breastfeeding woman,and35years old.In clinic,irritation skin in right hip,moss-like skin,unbearable itch,burning pain more than a month were found.Oral antibiotics,glucocorticoids,proprietary Chinese medicines,topical glucocorticoid antibiotic ointment,calamine lotion and other treatment were given before,with unstable efficacy,and recurrent.Now,the patient is diagnosed with neurodermatitis,and took TCM medicine,with good efficacy.
