中西医结合治疗青光眼的疗效观察与临床评价

Observation on treating glaucoma in the integrative medicine

目的:研究中西医结合治疗青光眼的疗效。方法:选取2012年2月-2015年10月我院收治的青光眼患者50例,作为中西医组,并选取同期50例一般资料无显著差异的青光眼患者作为对照,为西医组。西医组采取西医疗法,中西医组采取中西医结合疗法。比较临床治疗总有效率,住院天数、医疗费用,干预前和干预后患者眼压、视力水平的差异。结果:中西医组较之西医组临床治疗总有效率更高,P<0.05;中西医组较之西医组住院天数、医疗费用更低,P<0.05;干预前两组眼压、视力水平相似,P>0.05;干预后中西医组较之西医组眼压、视力水平改善更显著,P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗青光眼的疗效确切,可有效改善患者眼压和视力,缩短住院时间,减轻医疗负担,值得推广。

Objective:To study the curative effect of the integrative medicine on glaucoma.Methods:50patients in the integrative medicine group were enrolled in our hospital from February2012to October2015,and other50patients who receined western medicine were selected as the control group.The integrative medicine group took the integrative medicine.Results:The total efficiency was higher in the integrative medicine group(P<0.05).Hospitalization and costs in the integrative medicine group were lower,P<0.05.The level of intraocular pressure and visual acuity were more improved in the integrative medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on glaucoma is effective,can effectively improve the patient’s intraocular pressure and vision,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the cost,and is worthy of promotion.
