补阳还五汤应用不同剂量黄芪治疗缺血性中风的临床观察

Observation on treating ischemic stroke with the Buyang Huanwu decoction with different doses of Huangqi

目的:探讨补阳还五汤应用不同剂量黄芪治疗缺血性中风的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年6月-2015年6月收治的患有缺血性中风的120例患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组30例患者采用常规剂量治疗,观察组患者分为3个小组,黄芪的剂量分别是15g、30g、60g,对其治疗前以及治疗2周后的临床症状进行ADL以及NIHSS评分。结果:经过治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组,观察组中的三组随着黄芪使用剂量的增加患者的治疗效果越佳,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。观察组患者的ADL评分和对照组患者的ADL评分,随着观察组黄芪剂量的增加,患者的自理能力改善越明显,差异显著(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:缺血性中风采用补阳还五汤治疗后临床症状明显改善,患者的自理能力明显提高,患者临床症状的改善程度和黄芪的使用剂量呈正相关,建议在临床上对黄芪的使用剂量进行调整,促进患者身体的恢复。

Objective:To evaluate effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction with different doses of Huangqi on ischemic stroke.Methods:120patients were divided into the control group and observation group.30patients in the control group were treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction of conventional dose Huangqi.The patients in the observation group were divided into three groups;the doses of Huangqi was15g,30g,60g respectively.The ADL and NIHSS scores were measured.Results:The effects in the observation group were significantly better than the control group.With increasing of Huangqi,the efficacy in the observation group was better;and the self-care ability were significantly improved more,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction on ischemic stroke can obviously improve clinical symptoms and the self-care ability.Then there were a positively correlate between the improvement of clinical symptoms with different doses of Huangqi.So the doses of Huangqi should be adjust,to promote recovery of patients.
