中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

Observation on treating PCOS in the integrative medicine

目的:对多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome,PCOS)患者采取中西医结合治疗的临床效果进行分析和评价。方法:以我院妇科2015年1月-2016年1月接治的84例PCOS患者作为观察对象,依照就诊挂号单双情况分成探究组和对比组,各42例;对比组应用常规西医药治疗,探究组则同时加用中医方剂治疗,连续治疗9周,对比分析两组临床疗效。结果:探究组治疗总有效率为92.9%,对比组为81.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗后,两组患者的睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生长激素(SH)等指标水平均显著改善,且探究组改善效果更优于对比组(P<0.05)。结论:对PCOS患者进行中西结合治疗,效果更确切,可有效改善患症状和体征,优于常规单一西药治疗。

Objective:To analyze effects of the integrative medicine on PCOS.Methods:84cases were divided into the study group and control group,42cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the study group was treated in the integrative medicine,for9weeks.Results:The efficiency in the study group was92.9%,and81.0%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The improvement of T,LH,SH in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on PCOS is effective and can effectively improve symptoms and signs,is superior to the routine single western medicine.
