补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症临床观察

Treating stroke sequelae with the Buyang Huanwu decoction

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症临床观察。方法:选取我院于2014年1月-2015年8月收治的中风后遗症患者63例来进行统计分析,随机分为对照组31例和观察组32例,对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上实施补阳还五汤加减治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果,进行临床对照性分析。结果:对照组总有效率为61.3%,观察组总有效率为84.4%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组治疗满意度为51.6%,观察组治疗满意度为78.1%。观察组治疗满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后遗症临床效果突出,值得在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Buyang Huanwu decoction on stroke sequelae.Methods:63patients were divided into2groups.31cases in the control group were given the conventional treatment;and32cases in the observation group were given the Buyang Huanwu decoction more.Efficiency in2groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency was84.4%in the observation group,higher than61.3%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate was78.1%in the observation group,better than51.6%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction on stroke sequelae shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
