中医辨证分型治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of TCM differentiation on urticaria

目的:探析中医辨证分型治疗荨麻疹的临床效果。方法:选取我院2016年1-6月收治的88例荨麻疹患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各44例,治疗组采取中医辨证分型治疗,对照组采取氯雷他定片、维生素C口服治疗,比较两组治疗临床效果及复发情况。结果:治疗组治愈11例,显效22例,有效8例,总有效率为93.18%,对照组治愈5例,显效15例,有效16例,总有效率为81.82%,比较差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗组复发6例,复发率为13.64%,对照组复发15例,复发率为34.09%,两组比较差异显著,有统计学意义(χ~2=6.693,P<0.05)。治疗组患者未出现相关不良反应,对照组出现3例口干,3例嗜睡,可坚持治疗。结论:中医辨证分型治疗荨麻疹的临床效果确切,复发率低,诸多中药合用,靶点广,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of TCM differentiation on urticaria.Methods:88cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,44cases in each.The treatment group took TCM differentiation;the control group was given loratadine tablets,Vitamin C.Results:In the treatment group,11cases were cured;22cases were markedly effective;8cases were effective;the total efficiency was93.18%;in the control group,5cases were cured;15cases were markedly effective;16cases were effective;the total efficiency was81.82%(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was13.64%in the treatment group and34.09%in the control group(χ2=6.693,P<0.05).3cases of dry mouth and3cases of lethargy were found in the control group,and were given the treatment.Conclusion:TCM differentiation on urticaria was effective,with lower recurrence rate,and worthy of clinical promotion.
