补阳还五汤加味用于脑梗塞临床治疗的优势探究

A study on advantages of the Buyang Huanwu decoction treating cerebral infarction

目的:探讨补阳还五汤加味用于脑梗塞临床治疗的优势。方法:择取2012年3月-2015年7月于我院接受治疗的80例脑梗塞患者为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,其中对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,而观察组患者在常规西药的治疗基础上结合中药补阳还五汤治疗,观察两组患者采用不同治疗措施后的临床效果。结果:治疗前,对照组和观察组脑梗塞患者的神经功能缺损评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05),但经过治疗后,观察组脑梗塞患者的神经功能缺损评分较对照组改善更显著,且观察组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组更具有优势(P<0.05)。结论:补阳还五汤用于脑梗塞患者的临床治疗中效果显著,能够有效促进患者神经功能的恢复,值得推广并借鉴。

Objective:To explore the advantages of the Buyang Huanwu decoction treating cerebral infarction.Methods:80patients were divided into two groups,40cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the observation group was treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction more.Results:After treatment,the improvement of neurological deficit score was more significant in the observation group;the total efficiency in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Buyang Huanwu decoction is effective on cerebral infarction,can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and is worthy of popularization and reference.
