摘要
目的:观察针灸联合康复训练用于中风偏瘫患者的效果。方法:选取2007年1月-2011年12月医院收治的86例中风偏瘫患者进行分组研究,对照组43例行康复训练,观察组43例则采取针灸联合康复训练的措施。结果:在治疗后,观察组的Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针灸配合康复训练的措施能显著改善中风偏瘫患者运动能力。
Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on stroke hemiplegia.Methods:86cases were divided into two groups,43cases in each.The control group was treated by rehabilitation training;the observation group was treated by acupuncture plus rehabilitation training.Results:The Fugl-Meyer score and Barthel index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture plus rehabilitation training can significantly improve the motor ability.
