手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating humerus surgical neck fracture by manipulation plus small splint external fixation

目的:观察手法复位联合小夹板外固定法对肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法:选择2014年5月-2016年5月我院收治的肱骨外科颈骨折患者共25例,采用手法复位联合小夹板外固定治疗,另选取同期患者13例采用手术内固定治疗,对比其治疗效果。结果:25例患者中有24例骨性愈合,骨性愈合率为96.0%。其中优(骨性愈合,解剖复位,肩关节活动基本正常)18例,良(骨性愈合,功能复位,肩关节活动尚好)5例,差(骨性畸形愈合,但骨折对位差,肩关节活动差)1例。13例患者有12例骨性愈合,骨性愈合率为92.31%。其中优8例,良3例,差1例。两组骨性愈合率对比无统计学差异。结论:手法复位联合小夹板固定对肱骨外科颈骨折肩关节功能有良好的效果,可达到骨性愈合。

Objective:To observe efficacy of manipulation plus small splint external fixation on humerus surgical neck fracture.Methods:25patients were treated by manipulation plus small splint external fixation;another13cases were treated by internal fixation.Results:In25patients,24cases were osseous healing;and osseous healing rate was96.0%.There was optimal in18cases,good in5case,and bad in1case.12cases of osseous healing,osseous healing rate was92.31%.No statistical difference was found between two groups of osseous healing rate comparison.Conclusion:Manipulation with small splint fixation on humerus surgical neck fracture has good effects,can oppear bony union.
