中西医结合治疗重度子痫前期临床观察

Clinical observation on treating severe preeclampsia in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗早发型重度子痫前期的疗效。方法:选取80例重度子痫前期患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组予西医常规治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟方加减治疗。结果:治疗前两组的收缩压、舒张压和24h尿蛋白比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗重度子痫前期的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the integrative medicine on early-onset severe preeclampsia.Methods:80cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group of40cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine.The observation group received self-formulated prescription.Results:There were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and24h urinary protein between the groups before treatment(P>0.05);and those indexes in the observation group after the treatment were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the integrative medicine on severe preeclampsia is significant.
