失笑散合四物汤联合康复训练对女性盆底功能障碍治疗效果观察

Clinical observation on treating FPFD with Shixiao San plus the Siwu decoction with rehabilitation

目的:观察失笑散合四物汤联合康复训练对女性盆底功能障碍的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析本院2015年8月-2016年8月治疗的107例女性盆底功能障碍患者的临床资料,设计治疗方案时将单纯予以盆底康复训练的48例设为对照组,将予以联合失笑散合四物汤治疗的59例设为研究组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组盆底肌力改善显著优于对照组,比较差异显著,具统计意义(P<0.05);研究组59例中尿失禁者共2例(3.39%),对照组48例尿失禁者7例(14.58%),两组对比显示高度差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:失笑散合四物汤与康复训练联合应用于FPFD治疗中可有效恢复患者盆底肌功能,并改善患者尿失禁等症状,从而提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of Sixiao San plus the Siwu decoction with rehabilitation on female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:107cases were divided into the control group of48cases and the observation group of59cases.The control group took rehabilitation;the observation group took Shixiao San plus the Siwu decoction.Results:The improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).There were2cases(3.39%)of urinary incontinence in the observation group and7cases(14.58%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sixiao San plus the Siwu decoction with rehabilitation on FPFD was effective,by restoring the pelvic floor muscle function and improving the symptoms of urinary incontinence.
