直肠癌肠造口患者生活质量分析及护理干预

Nursing for patients with rectal cancer

目的:研究护理干预在直肠癌肠造口治疗中的治疗效果和对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院2015年1月-2016年6月收治的直肠癌肠造口术患者148例,并随机将其分为对照组(72例)与研究组(76例)。入院后,两组患者均接受常规手术治疗。均给予两组患者常规术前和术后护理。在此基础上,给予研究组一些心理护理、饮食护理、造口皮肤清洁和健康教育等护理干预。通过问卷调查的形式评估患者的生活质量。并在3个月后观察两组患者的心理健康、规律排便和正确护理造口情况。结果:采用护理干预的研究组在物质生活、社会功能、排便功能和心理功能方面的得分明显高于对照组,且治疗效果明显较优,差异具有统计学价值(P<0.05)。结论:在直肠癌肠造口治疗中,必要的护理干预具有良好的治疗效果,有助于改善患者的不良情绪,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of nursing on rectal cancer enterostomy and the quality of life of patients.Methods:148patients were divided into2groups,72cases in the control group and76cases in the study group.All patients were given conventional treatment and nursing.The study group was given psychological nursing,diet nursing,cleaning nursing and health education,etc.more.Quality of life was evaluated by questionnaire.In2months,mental health,regular defecation and clinical symptoms were observed in2groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of material life,social function,defecation function and psychological function in the study group were significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing on rectal cancer enterostomy can improve quality of life,and is worth promoting.
