小儿手足口病合并脑炎应用循证护理的临床分析

An analysis of evidence-based nursing on treating pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease with encephalitis

目的:分析小儿手足口病合并脑炎应用循证护理的临床护理效果。方法:选取70例手足口病合并脑炎患儿作为研究对象,分成对照组与观察组分别应用常规护理与循证护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度等明显优于对照组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿手足口病合并脑炎应用循证护理效果理想,能减少并发症,值得推广应用。

Objective:To study the effects of evidence-based nursing on pediatric hand-foot-mouth disease with encephalitis.Methods:70cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,and given routine nursing and evidence-based nursing separately.Results:The length of stay,complication rate and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing shows a good effect,can reduce the complications,and is worth promoting.
