摘要
基于有限元法研究了基于多颗粒LED的汽车前大灯散热问题,在LED数目及散热面积保持不变的情况下,改变散热形状结构,研究对LED灯具的热影响。结果表明:合理设计散热器翅片结构和LED颗粒布局、选择适中的翅片长度增加散热面积及材料选择,将对LED灯具散热性能影响是尤为重要的。该文着重比较研究了相同散热面积条件下,优化散热结构以降低对散热性能的影响。
Based on the finite element method,the heat dissipation problem of automobile headlamp based on multi particle LED is studied.The thermal structure of the LED lamp is changed under the condition that the number of LED and the area of the heat radiation remain unchanged.The results show that the reasonable design of the fin structure and the LED particle layout,the choice of moderate fin length,the increase of the heat dissipation area and the selection of materials will be of great importance to the thermal performance of the LED lamps.This paper focuses on the comparison of the optimized heat dissipation structure under the same heat dissipation area to reduce the influence on the heat dissipation performance.
