摘要
随着自动化立体仓库的飞速发展,对其运行速度的控制要求也变得越来越高,实现速度系统的快速性以及平稳性才能使立体仓库获得更高的经济效益。模糊PID控制虽然较传统变频调速有很大提高,但在参数设定上仍很难达到最优,将遗传算法用到模糊PID控制参数整定上,用遗传算法对K_p、K_i、K_d三个参数优化,建立基于遗传算法的模糊PID调速系统,用Matlab实现仿真,仿真结果表明优化后的系统性能得到了很大改善。实现了堆垛机运行速度的稳定性和快速性。
With the rapid development of automated warehouse,the control of its running speed has become more and more high,and the speed and smoothness of the speed system can be realized to obtain the higher economic benefit of the three-dimensional warehouse.Although the fuzzy PID control is much higher than the traditional frequency conversion speed control,it is still very difficult to achieve the optimal parameter setting.The genetic algorithm is applied to the fuzzy PID control parameter setting,and the three parameters are optimized by genetic algorithm,The fuzzy PID speed control system based on genetic algorithm is established and simulated by Matlab.The simulation results show that the optimized system performance has been greatly improved.To achieve the stability of the stacker running speed and fast.
