基于众创空间的创新创业人才引进和培育研究——以四川省的经验为例

The Introduction and Cultivation of Creative and Innovative Talents Base on Maker Space:Take the Sichuan Province's experience for example

近年来,国内学者在国家关于创新创业人才引进和培育的宏观政策驱动下,逐渐开始关注"社会创新创业环境构建和高校创新创业教育体系建设"这两个领域的研究,并形成了一些理论成果。然而,考虑到目前针对创新创业人才引进和培育的操作性问题,国内学者尚缺乏相对比较深入的探索。因此,本文将众创空间作为地方政府引进和培育创新创业人才的一种典型模式,在分析四川省近年来建设众创空间经验的基础上,研究了其依托众创空间引进和培育创新创业人才过程中面临的主要问题,并提出了依托地方政府和高校共建专业化众创空间的相关对策。

In recent years,driven by the macro policy of the introduction and cultivation of creative and innovative talents,domestic scholars pay more research attention on the construct of social innovation and Entrepreneurship Environment,as well as the innovation and entrepreneurship education system of college.However,considering the operation of the policy base on existing theoretical results,domestic scholars still lack of relatively deep exploration.Therefore,we take the maker space as one of typically mode in the way of introduction and cultivation of creative and innovative talents,under the research of Sichuan Province's experience and problem of develop maker space,we put forward the relevant strategy to develop the professional maker space under the guide by both local government and the college.
