“对分课堂”在《行为金融学》课程中的实践研究

On Practicing the Mode of Bisection in Behavioral Finance

"对分课堂"是复旦大学张学新教授针对当前大学课堂教学困境而提出的一种全新的教学模式。结合"对分课堂"在《行为金融学》教学中的试点教学,从课程内容优化设置、教学过程开展、实现"线上+线下"互动教学、改革学生作业形式及教学评估等多方面对该模式的实践教学进行了详细分析及反思,认为"对分课堂"模式简明易用、效果显著,有助于培养学生乐学善学、勤学反思、实践创新的能力,达到了建立高效课堂的目标。

Bisection is a new teaching mode proposed by professor Zhang Xue-xin of Fudan university refering to the current difficulties in college classroom teaching.Combining the experimental teaching practice of the mode in Behavioral Finance,this paper carries on a detailed analysis and reconsideration of the teaching model from the optimization setting of curriculum content,teaching process,realization of the interaction between online and offline teaching,reforming forms of the students'homework,and the teaching evaluation,and thinks that bisection is concise in pattern and easy to use,the effect is remarkable,helps to cultivate students'passion for learning and reflection,as well as innovation ability,so that the goal of establishing efficient classroom can be achieved.
