大型超声速风洞正激波位置实时监测系统研制 被引量:1

摘要 针对超声速风洞在试验过程中正激波可能回退到试验段,对试验安全和试验数据质量造成重大影响的问题,研制了一套正激波位置实时监测系统。设计了基于以太网的数据采集系统,介绍了软件功能和特点,并给出了风洞试验结果。试验结果表明:该系统运行稳定、可靠,为保证试验安全和数据质量提供了一种新的监测手段,同时对优化风洞运行参数以及确定各马赫数堵塞度要求等方面都有重要作用。 Aiming at the problem that test safety and data quality will be serious impacted if shock wave falls back to test section in supersonic wind tunnel,the real time monitoring system based on shock wave position is designed.The data acquisition system based on Ethernet was designed,software function and characteristics were introduced and the wind tunnel test results were presented.The test results show that the system is stable and credible.It is provided a new method to ensure the test safety and data quality.Meanwhile,it is also useful in optimization running parameters and fixing on requirement of percentage of blockage in every mach number.
