摘要
报废汽车回收拆解再利用是现代化国家可持续发展的必经之路,"十三五"期间,国家积极推出新政策、新举措支持报废汽车回收拆解行业发展,然而报废汽车拆解回收体系中仍存在较多问题与不足。对现期我国报废汽车拆解行业回收体系现状及其难点进行了探讨,并从政府立法监管强化、回收体系平台完善、生产者责任延伸等不同的角度,提出针对性的发展对策。
Developing of ELV(End of life vehicle)recycling industry is an important way for achieving sustainable development.New policy and actions were introduced in the13th Five Year Plan of China to develop ELV recycling industry.However,there are many problems and shortcomings in ELV recycling system.Based on the analysis of current ELV recycling system in China,suggestions regarding the strengthen government supervision,improving ELV recycling network and extending producer responsibility were proposed in this study.
