This paper mainly introduced preparation process,technology and application of refractory materials from aluminum chromium slag,slag chromium slag and vanadium slag,which are widely used in nonferrous metallurgy furnace lining and have good effect.At the same time,refractory materials that produced by using titanium-iron slag,iron boron slag,blast furnace slag,steel slag,boron-rich slag,aluminum slag,aluminum ash,phosphorus slag,slag gasification,petrochemical industrial catalyst slag were described.The amount of slag is large,and there are many kinds of slag.Further investigation and research are needed to make for more slag used as refractories.
