摘要
日前,水利部正式印发《关于推进水利大数据的指导意见》,这标志着水利大数据发展进入一个新阶段。在理解大数据内涵的基础上,分析水利大数据发展的意义及面临的挑战,介绍当前形势下水利大数据发展和应用的基础,提出水利大数据发展和应用重点,阐述水利大数据实施保障。
Recently,the Ministry of Water Resources officially issued Guidelines on Promoting Big Data Development in Water Conservation,which marks a new stage in the advancement of water conservation big data.Based on the review of the essence of big data,this paper analyzes the significance of the development of water conservation big data and the underlying challenges,introduces the basis of current development and applications of water conservation big data,and proposes the main priorities,elaborates the implementation safeguard of water conservation big data.
