适于省力化饲养的抗BmNPV蚕品种选育研究

摘要 针对浙江省农村粗放养蚕及血液型脓病为害较为严重的现状,引进抗BmNPV蚕品种资源,以优良实用品种与抗病品种杂交后自交、回交及利用抗病品种组配四元杂交组合等不同途径,开展适于省力化饲养的抗BmNPV蚕品种选育研究。经两年半研究,自交、回交途径各抗病育种材料主要经济性状表现优良,正通过检测实现抗病基因的纯合固定。同时确定一对组合综合经济性状表现优良,对BmNPV抵抗性比对照种显著提高,已提请参加省实验室鉴定。 In view of present situation of extensive management and serious damage of hemolymph-type septic disease in rural areas,the breeding of resistant silkworm varieties to BmNPV was conducted:BmNPV-resistant varieties was introduced and crossed with commercial silkworm varieties with good quality and high yield,followed by hybridization,backcross,and double cross hybrid using BmNPV-resistant varieties.After two and a half years of research,the resistant breeding materials obtained by hybridization and backcross have excellent economic characters,and its resistant gene is further purified and fixed through oral administration of BmNPV.Finally,one hybrid combination with excellent comprehensive economic characters and significantly higher BmNPV resistance than the control was selected to apply for provincial identification.
