运动性疲劳是人体应对运动负荷的一种正常机体反应,是机体进行自我保护的一种自发性的抑制机制。运动性疲劳的产生,主要源于肌肉、神经的疲劳和能量的衰竭。肌肉疲劳的恢复,主要包括静力拉伸、按摩理疗和洗浴桑拿;神经疲劳的恢复,主要包括睡眠和意念放松;能量物质的恢复,主要包括糖、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、无机盐和水分的补充。
