摘要
170万吨/年柴油加氢装置具有高温高压的特点,焊接及热处理是工艺施工的质量控制重点,本装置使用了抗硫抗氢(抗腐蚀)、TP321(耐高压)、铬钼合金钢(耐高温)等材料,本文结合现场实际施工及相关标准规范,总结了焊接及热处理的施工要点。
The1.7mt/a diesel hydro-upgrading unit features high temperature and pressure,where the welding and heattreatment are crucial in construction quality control.The materials used in this unit include the one resistant to sulfur(hydrogencorrosion),TP321(high voltage),chromium molybdenum alloy steel(high temperature).This article describes the keypoints of construction in welding and heat treatment based on the actual construction and related standards.
