头孢呋辛与阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效比较

Comparison of the curative effect of cefuroxime and azithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis

目的:观察并比较头孢呋辛与阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效。方法:收治慢性鼻窦炎患者185例,分两组。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,试验组给予头孢呋辛治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:对照组患者的临床治疗有效率68.13%,明显低于试验组的88.30%;对照组患者不良反应发生率24.18%,明显高于试验组的5.32%。组间各项指标对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用头孢呋辛对慢性鼻窦炎患者进行治疗能够显著提升临床治疗效果,并且能够降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To observe and compare the curative effect of cefuroxime and azithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:185patients with chronic sinusitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups,the control group was treated with azithromycin treatment,the experimental group was given cefuroxime treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.In the study,the effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was68.13%,significantly lower than88.30%in the experimental group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was24.18%,significantly higher than5.32%in the experimental group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of cefuroxime in the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis in clinic can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
