早期高压氧联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳鸣耳聋的可行性研究

Feasibility of early hyperbaric oxygenation combined with alprostadil in the treatment of sudden tinnitus and deafness

目的:探讨早期高压氧联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳鸣耳聋的效果。方法:收治突发性耳聋耳鸣患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用葛根素注射液治疗,观察组采用早期高压氧联合前列地尔治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组评分均明显下降,观察组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期高压氧联合前列地尔治疗突发性耳鸣耳聋的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of early hyperbaric oxygenation combined with alprostadil in the treatment of sudden tinnitus and deafness.Methods:98patients with sudden tinnitus and deafness were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by puerarin injection,and the observation group was treated with early hyperbaric oxygenation combined with alprostadil.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of the two groups were obviously decreased,and the decrease rate in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early hyperbaric oxygenation combined with alprostadil in the treatment of sudden tinnitus and deafness was significant.
