经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生及膀胱肿瘤效果观察

Effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder tumor

目的:探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生及膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法:收治良性前列腺增生和膀胱肿瘤患者55例,分成A组和B组。A组采用经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗,B组采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组良性前列腺增生患者术中出血量少于B组(P<0.05);A组膀胱肿瘤患者手术用时、术中出血量、住院天数均显著优于B组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗良性前列腺增生及膀胱肿瘤的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder tumor.Methods:55patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder tumor were selected.They were divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate,and the B group was treated with transurethral resection of prostate.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the A group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding in benign prostatic hyperplasia patients was less than that in the B group(P<0.05).In the A group,the time of operation,the amount of blood loss and the length of stay in patients with bladder cancer were significantly better than those in the B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and bladder tumor was significant.
