心血管手术麻醉期间严重急性变态反应临床观察

Clinical observation on severe acute allergy during cardiovascular surgery

目的:探讨心血管手术麻醉期间的严重急性变态反应。方法:收治心血管手术麻醉期间发生严重急性变态反应患者17例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:低血压8例,支气管痉挛5例,皮肤改变3例,室速1例。按发生变态反应的原因分,鱼精蛋白9例,羟乙基淀粉6例,库血2例。结论:在心血管手术麻醉期间发生严重急性变态反应的临床表现通常不明显,应在麻醉期间对患者进行严密监测,尽早发现患者的变态反应。

Objective:To investigate the severe acute allergy during cardiovascular surgery.Methods:17patients with severe acute allergy during the period of cardiovascular surgery were selected,then their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were8cases of hypotension,5cases of bronchospasm,3cases of skin change,1case of vt.The causes of allergy were protamine in9cases,hydroxyethyl starch in6cases,and banked blood in2cases.Conclusions:The clinical presentation of severe acute allergic reactions during cardiovascular surgery is usually not obvious,and should be monitored closely during anesthesia to detect allergic reactions as early as possible.
