纳布啡联合舒芬太尼对老年全髋关节置换术后的镇痛、镇静效果分析

Analysis on the analgesic and sedative effect of nalbuphine combined with sufentanil in elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty

目的:探讨纳布啡联合舒芬太尼对老年全髋关节置换术后的镇痛镇静效果。方法:收治行全髋关节置换术老年患者96例,按抽签方式分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组术后采用舒芬太尼进行镇痛,研究组术后采用纳布啡联合舒芬太尼进行镇痛、镇静。结果:术后4 h、12 h、24 h,研究组VAS评分较对照组更低,而Ramsay镇静评分较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论:在老年全髋关节置换术后采用纳布啡联合舒芬太尼进行自控静脉镇痛,可明显提高镇痛、镇静效果,且不良反应少。

Objective:To investigate the analgesic and sedative effects of nalbuphine combined with sufentanil in elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty.Methods:96elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement were divided into the control group and the study group,with48cases in each group.The control group were treated with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia,and the study group using nalbuphine combined with sufentanil for sedation and analgesia.Results:At4hours,12hours and24hours after the operation,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the Ramsay sedation score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nalbuphine combined with sufentanil in elderly patients after total hip arthroplasty for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia can significantly improve the analgesic sedative effect,with less adverse reactions.
