闭合复位治疗小儿先天性髋关节脱位的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of closed reduction in the treatment of congenital dislocation of hip in children

目的:探讨闭合复位治疗小儿先天性髋关节脱位的疗效。方法:收治先天性髋关节脱位患儿60例,依照年龄分为A组、B组、C组各20例,均采取闭合复位治疗方案。结果:3组间优良率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿先天性髋关节脱位采取闭合复位进行治疗的疗效显著,且患儿越早接受治疗疗效越佳。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of closed reduction in the treatment of congenital dislocation of the hip in children.Methods:60children with congenital dislocation of the hip were selected.They were divided into the A group,the B group and the C group with20cases in each according to the age.All the patients were treated with closed reduction.Results:The difference in excellent rate was statistically significant among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of congenital dislocation of hip in children with closed reduction is effective.The sooner the child is treated,the better the curative effect.
