中医内科治疗偏头痛16例临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of internal medicine of Chinese medicine in the treatment of 16 cases of migraine

目的:探讨中医内科辨证分型治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:收治偏头痛患者32例,随机分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用卡马西平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以辨证施治。结果:治疗后,两组全血高切、全血中切、全血低切、红细胞压积比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医内科辨证分型治疗偏头痛的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of internal medicine of Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome in the treatment of migraine.Methods:32patients with migraine were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with carbamazepine.The observation group added syndrome differentiation and treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:After treatment,there were statistical significances in whole high viscosity,whole medium viscosity,whole low viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of internal medicine of Chinese medicine differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome in the treatment of migraine was significant.
