Objective:To explore the influence of Fuzi Baizhu decoction on survival rate,immunity and quality of life for adjuvant treatment of patients after breast cancer operation.Methods:62patients after breast cancer operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with TAC chemotherapy,and the observation group was treated with Fuzi Baizhu decoction on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+and NK in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the survival rate between groups after12months(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Fuzi Baizhu decoction for adjuvant treatment of patients after breast cancer operation was beneficial to the recovery of immunity of patients,and it can significantly improve the quality of life and prolong the survival time of patients.
